Refer to your guest list and group them by household. Couples and families who live together only need one invitation, so you might only need two thirds of your guest list. However I always recommend ordering 10 more than your final count for spares, unexpected add-ons, and for your photographer's details shot.

There is no such thing as too early! But there is such thing as too late.

Make sure to jump in your guests calendars before they book holidays! People often plan holidays a year in advance, so I would get those Save the Dates out 12 months before your wedding, and the invitations 4-6 months before.

We recommend you get in touch 4-5 weeks before you want to send them around (minimum), so we have plenty of time to get everything finalised.

On-the-day items: Better to be over prepared than under prepared! I’d recommend getting your order in once you’ve locked in your colours, i.e. your bridesmaid dresses and flowers. As a minimum, you’ll need to have placed your order 4 weeks before the day. Let us know if you need a rush order before ordering.

The first week is used for finalising your details and creating your first design proof.

Each round of revisions adds 1-2 days. We allow you a few days to review. Once your proof is approved, I’ll send it to print.

Production times can vary depending on your order, but typically take 1 week. Please allow extra time for letterpress, foil, embossing and fabric signage (+10 business days).

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipping can take a week. We have partnered with some of Australia’s best in the industry to print your stationery to ensure it reflects the quality we both desire, and they are based in Perth. We only use reliable posties that won’t damage your order.

Yes, however please let me know if you need a rush order ASAP so I can be sure I can meet your deadline! The production and shipping times are often the biggest hold up. Rush orders attract a $100 rush fee.

Our wedding invitation suites can include details cards, rsvp cards, envelopes, pockets, belly bands, illustrations and more. On-the-day items can include welcome signs, seating charts, table numbers, place name cards, menus, bar signs and more.

Of course! All details on your stationery can be changed, from wording to colours to paper type and illustrations, we are able to illustrate your wedding venue, or include an illustrated map to your venue/s.
